Life in America is fast and dynamic, and it is sometimes difficult to be the type of parents we want to be. Americans work a lot, and our roles and husband and wife, father and mother, changing and expanding with the times.

And so their are new businesses to help, from the obvious child care services, as well as the new ways in which parents and their children can stay in touch: email, instant messaging, and texting.

My goal as a father is to be reliable, consistent, and dependable.
